Lizzie Lloyd

Lizzie Lloyd is a writer, artist and visiting tutor at University of the West of England. Contributing regularly to Art Monthly and Frieze, her experimental texts have been commissioned by Exeter Phoenix Gallery, Centrespace Bristol and Bridport Museum. Her catalogue essays have been on the subject of Jenny Källman photographs, prints, shadows and memory, and forthcoming texts on terrain and Michael Simpson’s solo show at Spike Island Bristol. Her work has been exhibited as part of Plymouth Art Weekender, Autocatalytic Future Games (No Format gallery) and HOUSEWORK (Safehouse1). She is also completing a doctoral thesis on art writing and subjectivity at University of Bristol.
